The Green Mentor website services are hosted in Singapore. If Users access the services from a country outside Singapore with personal data protection laws that differ from the applicable laws in Singapore, Users acknowledge and consent to the Company to collecting, using or disclosing their personal data in accordance with the Company Privacy Policy and applicable laws in Singapore. The Company respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012(PDPA) of Singapore.

How the Company Collects Data
The Company collects data through the following methods:

- Mentors and mentees registration forms
- Subscription forms
- When users contact the Company via email, telephone, message platforms or other communication channels
- When users make payments, subscribe to services, or enter into service agreement where applicable.
- Tracking technology that collects technical and usage information when Users interact with the Green Mentor website
- During meetings, events, seminars, or other in-person interactions with the Company.
Personal data is collected when users voluntarily submit information through these forms and communication.
Purposes of Collection, Use or Disclosure of Personal or Business Data
The Company may collect, use or disclose your personal and/or business data for the following purposes:
- Understand your needs and preferences in order to improve our products and services
- Respond to your service enquiries, service subscriptions, mentor-mentee registration and customer support via email, telephone calls, text messages and WhatsApp.
- Establish registration records for Subscribers (Merchants), Mentees (Organizations), and Mentors (Individuals).
- Establish and maintain registration records for Subscribers (including employers) who advertise job vacancies.
- Administer the subscription service agreements and other related services.
- Process payments and other financial transactions
- Provide and deliver products and services.
- Facilitate the matches and pairs of mentors and mentees under the Green Mentorship Program
- Send marketing and promotional communications (where consent has been obtained), including via email
- Comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements
- Conduct analytics and performance tracking using Google Analytics (including website traffic and usage analysis through tools such as Google Analytics)

Data Collection for Job Applications
All job applications are submitted directly to the respective Employers by applicants. Employers collect personal data provided by applicants, which may include but not limited to name, contact details, educational qualifications, employment history, and any other information you voluntarily provide in your application. Such personal data is collected, used and processed solely for purposes related to recruitment and employment consideration. This recruitment process includes assessing your suitability for the applied position, verifying qualifications and experience, conducting interviews, and communicating application outcomes.
Each Employer acts as an independent data controller and is responsible for handling applicants’ personal data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 in Singapore. The Employer is responsible for ensuring that appropriate security arrangements are in place to protect the personal data of applicants. Applicants are encouraged to refer to the respective Employer’s Privacy Policy for further information on how their personal data is collected and managed.
The Company does not collect, store or process resumes or personal data of applicants. The Company acts solely as a job advertising platform for the job listing service. The Company does not participate in the recruitment process and is not involved in any transaction or interaction between Employers and job applicants. The Company disclaims any and all responsibility and liability for any losses or damages, penalties, costs, or expenses (including all legal fees and costs) whatsoever, including, but not limited to, any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, arising out of or in connection with the collection, use, disclosure, storage, processing, or handling of job applicants’ personal data by the Employer or other third party. Accessing the use of any external links made available through the Green Mentor website shall be at the User, Subscriber, Employer and job applicant’s own risk.
Data Protection and Disclaimer of Liability
Compliance with Applicable Laws
The Company does not collect, process, store, or retain any personal data submitted directly to the Employer by applicants in connection with job applications. All applications and related personal data are submitted directly by applicants to the Employer and are collected, processed, and handled solely by the Employer. Each Employer acts as an independent data controller and shall be solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations in Singapore, including the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
Purpose and Limitation
Each Employer shall collect and process applicants’ personal data strictly for the purpose of administering the recruitment and hiring process, and for no other purpose unless required by law.
Disclaimer of Liability
The Company disclaims any and all liability for any losses or damages, penalties, claims, costs, or expenses (including all legal fees and costs) whatsoever, including, but not limited to, any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, arising out of or in connection with:
- the collection, use, disclosure, storage, retention, or processing of personal data by the Employer;
- any breach of personal data protection obligations by the Employer;
- the accuracy or legality of information submitted by the Employer;
- any unauthorized access to, disclosure, misuse, or loss of personal data;
- the accessing of any external links from the Green Mentor website; or
- any violation of applicable laws, regulations, or contractual terms by the Employer.

The Employer shall implement appropriate technical security measures to protect the personal data of job applicants against unauthorized access, disclosure or misuse.
Consent to Collection, Use or Disclosure of Data in the Green Mentorship Program
By accessing, registering for, or participating in the Green Mentorship Program, the Users have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
The Company collects information from Mentors (Individuals)
Individuals who register to serve as mentors consent to the Company for the collection, use or disclosure of their personal data to individuals and/or organizations for purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including but not limited to Green Mentorship Program administration, participant matching, and communication.
The Company collects information from Mentees (Organizations)
Organizations that register to participate as mentees, consent to the Company for the collection, use or disclosure of their business and related information to relevant individuals and/or organizations as necessary for participation in and facilitation of the Green Mentorship Program.
This Green Mentorship Program connects mentors and mentees to drive impactful green initiatives, fostering collaboration, innovation, and sustainable solutions. The Company may disclose your personal data to relevant government authorities, regulatory bodies, or law enforcement agencies where such disclosure is required or permitted under the applicable laws and regulations of Singapore. Individuals registering as mentors are required to provide accurate and complete personal information for participation in the Green Mentorship Program. Mentors are responsible for ensuring that such information remains accurate and up to date and shall promptly notify the Company of any changes. The Company will retain your personal data as necessary to facilitate and administer the program and its related services, or as otherwise required by applicable laws. The Company shall not be liable for any unauthorized collection, use or disclosure, loss or access to personal data arising from circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control.
Links to External Websites, Social Media, and Job Application
The Green Mentor website may contain links to external websites, social media platforms or public forum accounts (including but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter), third party resources and job applications that are governed by independent Privacy Policies and terms of use. The Company does not own, control, operate, or manage such external sites and makes no representations or warranties whatsoever regarding their content, security, policies, or practices. Any access to or use of external sites, including the submission of resumes or personal data directly to employers advertising on the Green Mentor website, shall be at the User’s own risk. The Company disclaims any and all responsibility and liability for any losses or damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, arising out of or in connection with:

- The disclosure, submission, or transmission of personal data to employers or third parties; or
- The acts, omissions, or data handling practices of any employer or third party.
By accessing and using the Company’s services, User or Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that the Company shall not be responsible or liable for the security, confidentiality, or processing of personal data by any external sites, third party services, applications, or links. The User or Subscriber further agree that any information disclosed to these external sites is at User’s or Subscriber’s own risk.
Withdrawal of Consent to Collection, Use or Disclosure of Personal Information
The User or Subscriber has the right to withdraw their consent at any time regarding the collection, use, or disclosure of their personal information. The User or Subscriber should inform the Company reasonably when they decide to discontinue using the Company’s services. Once the Company receives such notice, it will no longer collect, retain, use, or disclose the User’s or Subscriber’s personal information for any future activities within its operational scope, where applicable. However, the User or Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that any personal information already disclosed to third-party organizations or individuals, including, but not limited to those involved in the Green Mentorship program, is outside the Company’s control. The Company shall not be held responsible or liable for how such third parties collect, use, store, or share that information.

Protecting User’s or Subscriber’s personal data is our priority. The Green Mentor website is hosted on a Singapore-based server, secured with enterprise-level security software to protect your personal data. The Company’s webmail service is protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology to safeguard the transmission of personal data. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company does not warrant or guarantee that information transmitted over the internet is completely secure. Internet communications may be subject to interception, loss, data corruption, or unauthorized access by third parties. By accessing and using the Green Mentor website and its services, the User or Subscriber acknowledges and agrees to the use of electronic communications, transactions and signatures including but not limited to, subscription orders, service registrations, acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, billing invoices, consent to multimedia content, and any other records, notices, applications, or agreements initiated, submitted or completed through the Company’s services. Electronic signatures, including but not limited to clicking “I agree”, “submit”, or “digital signatures”, or other electronic authentication methods, constitute legally binding signatures. The User or Subscriber further agrees that electronic consents, electronic records, and electronic communications shall have the same legal effect, validity, and enforceability as handwritten signatures and paper documents.
